Web Artist (remote)

Required:
- RELEVANCE: A portfolio of relevant work
- PASSION: A genuine passion for the web and design
- VIBE: A good fit with our design direction
- EXPERIENCE: Demonstrable experience, skill or a strong interest in creating unique, stylised and characterful websites
- ENGLISH: Excellent English and communication skills
- LOCATION: Europe-based, working remotely
Desirable:
- UI TOOLS: Experience with Figma (or Penpot)
- GRAPHICS: Brand or graphic design skills
- TRADITIONAL ART: Traditional art skills or interest
- ANIMATION: An interest in animation, interaction, transitions, and bringing interfaces to life
- CLIENT COMMS: Client-facing communication skills, with an interest in sales or client relationships
Bonus:
- SVG: Advanced knowledge of SVG
- MANAGEMENT: Project management experience
- AI DESIGN TOOLS: Experience with AI design tools, alongside strong articulation and descriptive skills
- COPYWRITING: Copywriting or content-editing skills
- POSTER: Poster design
- SOUND: Sound design
- MARKETING: Digital marketing
- SKETCHING: The ability to quickly sketch wireframes or ideas by hand
- BUSINESS: Experience freelancing or running a small business
An interest in, or knowledge of, major attractions, shows and events, or the video gaming industry would also be advantageous.
We’re looking for someone interested in building a lasting working relationship rather than taking on something short-term.
