What happens if I need work outside my package?
Requests outside your package are billed separately on an ad-hoc basis. After launch, you can also choose from our monthly retainers.
Do you handle back-end development?
We focus on design-centric, highly-executed experiences on the front-end and only provide light back-end functionality.
For complex systems, we recommend either hiring in-house or using third-party services we can integrate with.
Do you build your sites with website builders?
We don’t. All sites are custom-coded to allow for advanced interfaces, bespoke functionality, and total customisation. Also enabling full ownership, long-term maintainability, optimal SEO, and future-proofing.
Do you build your sites with WordPress?
We don’t. Instead, we integrate a clean, intuitive CMS with no plugins or themes to worry about. WordPress often suffers from “update hell”, bloat, and security risks – problems our approach avoids.
Do you use Shopify for ecommerce?
We don’t – we use Medusa. It's an open-source alternative to Shopify. It gives you full ownership, no vendor lock-in, and complete control over the tech-stack, design, and functionality.

We don’t build native apps, but we can create PWAs – websites with app-like functionality. They’re installable, cost-effective, and free from platform lock-in or app-store fees.
Can we choose the tech stack?
No. We use our own established, battle-hardened tech-stack so we can build efficiently and stay current.
Can you work on my existing website?
No. We only work on sites we’ve built ourselves.
Can we provide our own design?
Possibly. We’d need to review your design first, and once developed, we’d handle ongoing design.
Can you create visually extravagant websites?
Our focus is artistic yet practical design. Purely spectacle-driven sites often sacrifice usability, performance, and SEO, and usually require tools we don’t work with.
Do you handle SEO?
Yes. We cover Technical SEO and Local SEO as standard, and can also support On-page SEO. Unlike most agencies, we fully implement Schema markup so search engines (and AI-driven search) understand your content better.
Are the websites you build secure?
Yes. Our architecture is inherently secure, with protection against common vulnerabilities and spam. No need to worry about hacks.
